can you believe that we'll be entering 2008 in a month's time?
i was looking through friendster & just realised that all my juniors i took when they were in sec 1, and i sec 3/4, have all graduated. meaning, now i really know no juniors in newtown. which is pretty sad to think about cause if i ever decide to go back (i havent since last year), there will be no one to say hi to in the corridors or meet in the canteen, or even play softball around with in the field.
kinda makes you wish you could stop time to just really enjoy the moment you're having.
recent events have made me realise that life really is that fragile. & it makes you wonder why didn't someone up there do something about it. tho' you might not know the person personally, it still makes your heartache for his/her life, for his/her family. you still feel the pain. it's a funny kind of feeling thats difficult to explain.
& when 2008 comes, as joyous as the occasion might seem, i predict overwhelming sadness.
someone tell me, how do you lead a new life by leaving behind a lifetime?
