forget i said i was excited about school starting.
school sucks!it's already the start of the 4th week & deadlines start next week. it's a never depleting pile of work to be done!
thankgod for weekends:)
saturday - monsters 2nd year.
we met at marina square and had a fine time playing pool. i think serene & i rocked. (tho' rene was doing most of the work :D) gracia & sheena were just having like countless number of
tyco wins. haha. then we moved on to paradiz centre for our steamboat dinner aka JuJu Hotpot. it was definitely a different & cool experience. each of us having an entire platter to ourselves.
while eating we stuck on our uber cool tattoos sheena got for us, making all the waiters & waitresses stare at us with amusement.
once dinner was over, pandora drove us to Geylang so we could look at the chickens. hahah. sheena & i were totally freaked @ the back seat cause there were like tidal waves of old ah beis & b*****s. furthermore the girls kept talking about them. UGH. the dark side please. the alleyways were the creepiest & the rows of them the most disturbing.
after that little tour we were very distraught & refused to lean against walls or stand in a row. haha!
headed to clarke quay after to slack at Coffee Club. some of the girls went back after that, but fionne, ling zhen, sheena and i headed over to plush. (since it was free entry!) the music wasn't that good cause of all the repeats but company was great :) played pool. danced. drank. & had a group of indian guys dancing too close for comfort. HAHA. the way they moved was damn funny.
the night ended after that, but of course there were many classic monster moments to remember!
1. jappo
exclaiming loudly with a YAY when she
thought she won. her hands were still up in the air triumphantly when the white ball fell into the hole bout 3 seconds after the black went in.
HAHA!then there was panda...
2. who apparently forgot where she parked. causing the monsters to
split up & search the entire carpark for her 'champagne coloured, #33$sth car plate no.' car. only to receive a call 15mins later to inform us her car was parked a level above.
& how can we ever exclude gracia?
3. who stuck on her tattoo for about 1 minute before she realised she didnt remove the plastic cover?
4. #1 monster moment: when panda's car stopped in the middle of all the traffic in geylang, we were surrounded by old men, & the girls literally
screamed after someone shouted 'the b*****a are crossing the road!' -.-||
hahah. love u girls la!
sunday - 19th monthsery
met him & we headed to suntec for our delicious swensens lunch where we had ceasar salad, our baked rice & yummy milkshake thingy :) then, he brought me somewhere totally unexpected. KALLANG. upon arrival i just turned & said 'im not going down!' -points to the water- hahah. he gave me that
duh look & pulled me over to... SISTIC! sweetness bought me 1st class tickets to watch ( fill-in-the-blank ) !! hahaha.
